7. Softens Calluses



Calluses are firm protective patches formed by repeated friction or pressure. Guitar players and runners often know them well. Though harmless they can become thick or sore. A soak in a baking soda solution can ease discomfort and soften the hardened skin making gentle removal easier afterward.
